The program of Kotae Expo should fit the theme of Japanese and Korean popular culture. The main focus of the event is on the participatory program, but there will also be some talk programs. We encourage you to think outside the box – whether it’s a fashion show or dance rehearsals, we want to hear what exactly you would like to come and do!

The additional application period for program organizers ends on May 15th but applications will be already processed during the application period.

Take your time planning your program – applying is not a speed race. Think carefully about what kind of program you want to organize and from what angle you want to approach the topic. The more concretely you can tell us about the content of your program idea, the easier it is for us to imagine you holding it in Kotae!

If you’re thinking about holding a program at Kotae Expo, you don’t have to worry about buying a ticket yet. Kotae Expo ensures a ticket availability for all those who participated in the volunteer and program search. So don’t worry, even if you don’t get elected this year, you will be able to claim your ticket even after the selections have been made! 🧡
