Tickets

 

Ticket conditions:

All ticket products include access to the Kotae Expo 2024 event area and all Kotae Expo 2024 programs. We will inform you about possible exceptions separately when publishing programs with possible supply fees. The entrance ticket is exchanged at the door of the event for a wristband, which entitles you to enter the event on both days. The ticket can also be exchanged for a wristband on Friday of the week of the event. We will inform you about this in more detail as the event approaches. The bracelet is personal.

Weekend tickets and VIP tickets entitle you to enter the event from Saturday 10:00 to Sunday 17:00. 
Saturday tickets entitle you to enter the event from Saturday 10:00 to Sunday 03:00.
Sunday tickets entitle you to enter the event from Sunday 09:00 to 17:00.  

 

Ticket sales channel & Delivery methods:

All our ticket products are sold in Tiket’s online store and at Tiket’s points of sale. If you wish, you can also redeem your ticket at R-kiosks.
Tickets are delivered both electronically and on paper. The delivery fees for different delivery methods vary.

Payment methods:

The products are paid while ordering the tickets by using a payment method allowed by Tiketti. Online payment methods include e.g. online payment, credit card, email invoice, paypal, MobilePay, Pivo, Smartum, Edenred, KulttuuriPassi/ePassi and Tiket gift cards.

We will sell tickets for all of our future representative events. Our representatives will give you a QR code that will take you directly to Tiketti’s online store!

Resale:

Kotae Expo is only responsible for tickets purchased through the official ticket office. It is possible to resell the ticket through Tiketti’s own LiputOn resale channel. We do not take responsibility for possible abuses regarding transactions made through private individuals or third parties. The resale of tickets purchased through Tiket is prohibited anywhere other than LiputOn’s service.

Entry exceptions:

• Children under the age of 7 accompanied by a paying parent (over the age of 16) can enter the event free of charge. Please take into account that the older person is then counted as the child’s guardian, and is responsible for the child during the event.

• Assistants:
  • The assistant of a paying visitor who uses a wheelchair or is visually impaired can enter the event free of charge, as long as the assistant arrives at the ticket exchange together with the person who needs an assistant.

• • The assistant can always enter the event free of charge, even if the person being assisted has an EU disability card with A marking.

• • Our venue is accessible, and we prepare an accessibility package for our event well in advance of the event to answer the most common questions. If necessary, you can contact our ticket sales representative to ensure unobstructed passage. We hope that those who need a stretcher or a hospital bed contact our ticket sales representative to ensure barrier-free passage.
• Tickets for performers and competitors will be announced separately when registration for the competitions opens.

• Invited guests, event volunteers and program organizers can enter the event free of charge.

• Sellers, artisans, art alley members and other partners can enter the event by agreement.

• Accredited media representatives can enter the event free of charge.
