Kotae Expo offers its visitors the possibility to buy floor accommodation at or near the venue for the night between Saturday and Sunday. A large part of the floor accommodation is located at the event venue (in the A-hall). Additionally, we aim to organise accommodation facilities in nearby schools. Accommodation at the exhibition center is accessible.
Places for the floor accommodation can be bought from Tiketti’s ticket shop.

What does the floor accommodation spot include?
In the floor accommodation you will be sleeping at the A-hall of Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre, at the heart of the convention area. This way you won’t need to leave the convention area during the weekend at all.
In the floor accommodation, you will have your own floor spot, where you can sleep with your own sleeping mat.
At the convention center you can also find changing rooms and showers for maintaining personal hygiene, and in the morning you can buy a generous breakfast from the convention centers restaurants. Breakfast is also automatically included in the Super and Ultimate VIP packages!
Opening hours
The accommodation opens for guests on Saturday in the A-hall at 09:00 p.m., when it is good to bring accommodation supplies to the accommodation, the accommodation is quiet and the lights turn off at 10:00 p.m.
The alarm clock and lights for the accommodation come on at 7:00 a.m. and the accommodation closes at 8:00 a.m.
The showers are available during the opening hours of the accommodation throughout the night from 09:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m., the showers are located in the corridor between the accommodation and the main doors.
What to bring with you?
To stay in floor accommodation, you need your own sleeping pad or air mattress, sleeping bag/blanket and pillow. It is also worth preparing yourself with the necessary hygiene products for washing up.
Please note that the width of the sleeping mat should not exceed 80-94 cm for one person. If you plan to bring a larger mattress, it should accommodate two people.

If you use an air mattress, fill it up as soon as the accommodation opens, and prepare in advance, even if you’re going to an evening party or cosplay prom after that. The sound caused by filling the air mattresses disturbs other sleepers at night.
At the accommodation, the event’s accommodation supervisors are present throughout the evening and night to keep peace and order in the sleeping areas. They will also appoint you a place in the hall.
