We aim to provide floor accommodations for our visitors this year as well. The preparations for floor accommodations for 2025 are still on the way but will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.
Kotae Expo 2024 offered floor accommodations for the night between Saturday and Sunday for 15€.

What to bring with you?
To stay in floor accommodation, you need your own sleeping pad or air mattress, sleeping bag/blanket and pillow. It is also worth preparing yourself with the necessary hygiene products for washing up.
Please note that the width of the sleeping mat should not exceed 80-94 cm for one person. If you plan to bring a larger mattress, it should accommodate two people.
If you are using cpap equipment, please let us know in advance, so we can reserve you a place with electricity.
If you use an air mattress, fill it up as soon as the accommodation opens, and prepare in advance, even if you’re going to an evening party or cosplay prom after that. The sound caused by filling the air mattresses disturbs other sleepers at night.
At the accommodation, the event’s accommodation supervisors are present throughout the evening and night to keep peace and order in the sleeping areas. They will also appoint you a place in the hall.

Guests can choose their preferred room type and receive an additional discount when paying for the reservation immediately upon booking. The cancellation policy for individual accommodation reservations depends on the reservation type chosen by the guest. To confirm the reservation, the guest must provide the hotel with valid credit card details. Rooms are available for booking, subject to the hotel’s availability, no later than 10 days before arrival. Scandic Friends members should also check out the available loyalty offers.

Dream Hostel & Hotel offers Kotae Expo visitors a -10% discount on all room types in the hotel, hostel, and also in apartments (Haave Apartments, Tampere and Valkeakoski). To receive the discount, guests must make a reservation directly with Dream Hostel & Hotel, preferably by email. When booking, the discount code KOTAE EXPO 25 must be mentioned.
