Give your organization a chance to reach new target groups at Finland’s most promising Japanese and Korean popular culture event!
Kotae Expo 2025 is looking for intrest groups to bring color, life and action to the sports center for our visitors. Last year during the summers busiest weekend the event had 4000 visitors.
What kind of spots can we offer?
As a big cosplay event you can get exposure at photography related points, activities appropriate for our focus groups or at our relaxed hangout area. Last year we had timed Dremel- tool workshops available during the entire event.
- You can also provide props or a backdrop to our photography points.
- Showcase your products or activities and offer shows or model products.
If this caught your interest, please contact the person in charge of intrest groups! You don’t have to have an idea prepared for your spot, as long as you have an open mind for ideas and a desire to thrill focus groups.

Intrest Group packages
Intrest group packages include a limited amount of entry tickets and the agreed area at the event. Centre carpet and other possible furniture must be discussed beforehand! Only a table spot include one (1) table and 2 chairs.
The carousel below showcases the size, price and amount of representative tickets, as well as the price chart for additional services. The prices for these packages can be negotiated based on the content and benefits you provide for the visitors.

Intrest group packages are primarily meant for organizations and content producing companies. If you want to act as a seller or sponsor, you can get to know the benefits we offer in our search for exhibitors!
