Floor accommodation
Kotae Expo offers floor accommodation for visitors for the nights of Friday–Saturday and Saturday–Sunday at a price of €10 per night. The total cost for floor accommodation for the entire weekend is therefore €20.
The floor accommodation will be located at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre—the same venue where the event itself takes place.
Accommodation address:
Ilmailunkatu 20, Tampere
Floor accommodation spots will be available for purchase via the Tiketti ticket service starting from May 25, 2026.
What is included in the floor accommodation?
Floor accommodation for attendees includes a space to sleep on the floor within the exhibition halls of the Tampere Sports & Expo, as well as access to restrooms and washing facilities.
Breakfast will also be available for purchase on-site in the morning at the exhibition centre’s Café Fanalona.
Floor accommodation opening hours
Friday night to Saturday morning: Friday 22:00 – Saturday 08:00
Saturday night to Sunday morning: Saturday 22:00 – Sunday 08:00
What should you bring for floor accommodation?
To stay in the floor accommodation area, you will need to bring your own sleeping mat, sleeping bag or blanket, and a pillow. You should also bring any necessary toiletries for washing up at the venue.
Please note that a sleeping mat for one person should not exceed 80–94 cm in width. If you plan to bring a larger mattress, it should accommodate two people.
It is possible to use CPAP machines in the floor accommodation area.
If you are using an air mattress, please inflate it as soon as the accommodation area opens and set up your sleeping space in advance—even if you plan to head out to the evening parties or the cosplay ball afterwards. The noise caused by inflating air mattresses can disturb others who are trying to sleep in the hall. Event accommodation supervisors will be present throughout the evening and night to ensure a peaceful and orderly environment in the sleeping areas. They will also show you a spot in the hall where you can place your mattress.
