If you experience harassment, unwanted attention, bullying, or any other form of inappropriate treatment during the event, you can contact the event’s harassment contact persons. They will listen, provide support, help address the situation to the best of their ability, and take the matter further when necessary.
The harassment contact persons are available throughout the entire event, including during the evening parties and at night. You can reach out to them at any time, and all communications are strictly confidential. Matters brought to a harassment contact person will not be taken further without the explicit request by the person who experienced the incident.
