Information about event tickets

Kotae Expo is an event with an admission fee and will be held at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre. Tickets for the event are sold through the Tiketti online store, which you can access via the link below.

Tickets for the event can also be purchased with cultural benefits.

Saturday: 35 €
Sunday: 22 €
Weekend: 47 €

Purchasing tickets during the event

Regular-priced tickets are sold at the venue entrance during the event’s opening hours, subject to availability.
Accepted payment methods at the door include contactless payment, card, and cash.

VIP ticket

VIP tickets for the event are designed for avid attendees who want to avoid the worst crowds and stay right in the heart of the action!

The VIP ticket includes:

Admission to Kotae Expo 2026 for the entire weekend
Parking pass for the event area for the duration of the event
Access to a dedicated VIP fast-track lane for ticket exchange
VIP queue for the event’s flea market
Kotae Expo 2026 merchandise pack
Reserved VIP seating (in limited numbers) on some programs

Family Fox - family tickets

The Family Fox family ticket package includes admission for the entire weekend for two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 5–12.

All individuals arriving at the event with a family ticket must be present at the ticket exchange point when the ticket is being redeemed.

Notes on Ticket Sales

Advance tickets for the event are sold through Tiketti’s sales channels. Please review the ticket terms and conditions before making a purchase. You can find the available sales channels and delivery methods on this page.
Ticket sales begin on May 15, 2026. Advance sales in the online store end at 23:59 on Friday, November 20, 2026 (the Friday of the event week), or earlier if tickets sell out.
Tickets may be available at the door at the standard price, subject to availability. The number of tickets is limited. Depending on availability, day tickets, weekend tickets, and family tickets will be sold at the door. VIP tickets are available for advance purchase only.
It is possible to upgrade a day ticket to a full weekend ticket at the venue, provided that tickets for the additional day(s) are still available. Upgrade prices are as follows:
- Upgrading a Saturday ticket to a full weekend ticket: €15
- Upgrading a Sunday ticket to a full weekend ticket: €25

Ticket Terms and Conditions

All ticket types include admission to the Kotae Expo 2026 event venue and access to the full Kotae Expo 2026 program for the applicable days. Any exceptions will be noted separately in connection with registration for specific program items.

At the event entrance, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband, which grants you entry for the day(s) for which your ticket is valid. Please note that a Tiketti ticket can only be redeemed once. Afterward, you can re-enter the event area by showing your wristband at the entrance. Therefore, please do not remove the wristband from your wrist when leaving the venue. The wristband is non-transferable (personal to the holder).

Ticket Sales and Delivery Methods

Tickets for the event are sold through Tiketti. In addition to the Tiketti online store, tickets may also be purchased at the venue entrance, subject to availability.

Tickets purchased via Tiketti can be delivered either electronically or as paper tickets, depending on your preference. Delivery fees may vary based on the chosen delivery method.

Payment Methods

Payment is made at the time of ordering using a payment method accepted by Tiketti. Online payment options include, for example, online bank transfers, credit cards, email invoices, PayPal, MobilePay, Pivo, Smartum, Edenred, KulttuuriPassi/ePassi, and Tiketti gift cards.

Resale

Kotae Expo is only responsible for tickets purchased through the official ticket outlet. Tickets may be resold via Tiketti’s own resale platform, LiputOn. We assume no responsibility for any issues or fraudulent activity arising from transactions made between private individuals or through third parties. Reselling tickets purchased via Tiketti on any platform other than “LiputOn” is prohibited.

Admission Exceptions

Children under the age of 5 may enter the event free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult (aged 16 or older). Please note that the accompanying adult is considered the child’s guardian and is responsible for the child for the duration of the event.
Assistants:
- An assistant accompanying a paying visitor who uses a wheelchair or is visually impaired may enter the event free of charge, provided they arrive at the ticket exchange point together with the person they are assisting.
- An assistant is also entitled to free entry if the person they are assisting holds an EU Disability Card marked with the letter “A.”
- Our venue is designed to be as accessible as possible. Well in advance of the event, we will publish an accessibility guide to address common questions. If necessary, you may contact us at infopiste[at]kotae.fi to ensure accessible access. Those requiring a stretcher or hospital bed are asked to contact our ticketing manager via email at talous[at]kotae.fi to ensure accessible entry.
Information regarding tickets for performers and competitors will be provided separately when registration for the competitions opens.
Invited guests, event volunteers, and program organizers receive free admission to the event.
Exhibitors and other partners receive admission in accordance with their respective agreements.
Accredited media representatives receive free admission to the event.
